Hello Trader,

the moves of the past two days ended at Friday night at a pivotal point. I pitchforked a little bit. We excactly stopped at the lower boundary of an uptrend pitchfork. This area is at the same time 38.2% retracement of the latest uptrend on a fib-fan.

Now testing both from the lower side.

In the accelerated pitchfork channel (to the downside) price is now testing the upper trendline of it.

Others came up with other trendline-support right under the actual price. All was convincing.

Can go up, can go down........

Sentiment data at Thursday indicated only 8% USD bulls left. That is the stuff trend changes are made of. COT Data suggests, that dumb money abandoned their short positions in EURUSD, right before the Euro dropped. That is what we are expecting from dumb money :-)

What we can not deny is the structure of the move down. Even when I try very hard, I can not count the drop as a corrective move. What does that mean? It means, that we will likely see another 5 wave drop after a correction to the upper side, which should lead us to around 3428, just another pivotal point. It is not onlyx the 0/8 MMTL on 4h chart with p=64, it is the area of the red wave 4 on my chart.

Looking at the 4h chart I see in this impulse down no extended wave. We should see one. So I think, that this impulse down is not done already. Either we will see an extended wave 5, or we are only on the way to build an extended wave 3. The latter case will bring us further down than the first case. When this impulse down is ready we should be at or below 3428.

When the whole wave aqua 3 is done we will be likely south of 1.18. A 162% move (compared to wave aqua 1) will bring us near 1.17. Aqua 5 will bring us eventually sub parity. But that won't be the end of the moves down in this case.

I know, I know, this is my most bearish count. There are other counts out, that see us in a kind of downsloping triangle with targets between 1.24 and (if I remember correctly 1.12).

Some people say, that with the recent move down most indicators are in oversold territory. Indicators can stay longer in overbought/oversold conditions than one can stay liquid. Take a look at the first chart at the lower part of wave orange B.
The stochs on that chart stayed over 300 pips in overbought territory. Same for RSI 14.

The absolut pivotal point for me will be the 3428 to 3306 area. When prices bounce up from here havily, the whole move down may be only a correction with new highs to come afterwards.

But this scenario is my alternative and chances right now (especially seen in light of sentiment data) favor above shown main count.

hey Markus


befor it was only daily now u can use it in all TF's from m1 to monthly but u need to change the time frame as u need ,

best of luck this week lets make a green one

One thing your probably not aware of, is that while I was poking brother Mal in the ribs in here, I had him on Skype, razzing his ass as well...mucking his frag count in halo, and catching up...

An observation of true daily roll is important, but being able to have a quick glance at a couple of free tools for immediate direction can make for some nice entries too...

i only play real-life halo.

for now the euro has germany... who's to say they won't bail out of the euro and return to their duetch mark (spelling?)

there are weaker countries in the euro stopping germany to advancing further... it may only be a matter of time... i personally think the euro is way over valued...

Thanks a lot Kill :-) Great work.

What do you suggest:

on 5min TF I set it to 15,
on 15min to 60
on 60min to 240
on 240 to daily

What do you or Gatorinla think?

The last weeks I worked with the original fibospud and took a secondary fib indicator, called "fibos" additionally on each TF.

Fibospud showed the daily levels, and "fibos was set to look 64 candles back (64 because I use Murrey Math a lot, in this way they would harmonize somehow - maybe, anyway, that was my intension).

That talent is both a gift and a curse G...

Truly a craft to be done naked, no indicators needed, just a great nose for the spot, and keeping the throwing arm warmed up...

The other day, I was walking the produce aisle to augment my dinner menu. Spotted one lady breast feeding her child...All of a sudden, this old lady starts a hollering, "That's horrendous, you cannot do that in a public place"...
