I did not trade today, very few trades during this week. I dont want my account to experience bad things.

My best experience was when I won jackpot prize amounting to $78 million of the Mega Million draw in the second week of July 2009.

However, my worst experience was when I woke up few minutes after that.

I set a couple last night in the sideways action and woke up with a few more bones in account...

About the best thing that can be said about not trading NFP is that if your good before the press hits the pages, you will be good when the smoke clears.

Took an easy 70 on my EU, and had a couple AUDUSDs go my way...My cable and Fiber trades are not in jeopardy as of current, but I got an idea where I will be unloading and checking for a dead cat...

NFP day is good if ya like to take an early weekend....

10V+ does not mean they are a good trader...maybe good in technical but not in trading...it does not mean also some of 10V+ have a huge acc but some of them yes....this voucher is only applicable @ Forex Factory and not in real life.....dont get trap/cought, trade what you see from your chart and follow as what your system did if it already proven in your successfully of making tonne of pips....just visit overhere for making some fun or chack and balance with your view to get some input...as sometime as a human we may overlook which we may got it from here...

thanks man. i meant I'll watch HIM. i have no need to double check my analysis. i absolutely trust it and i always trade my way.

edit: i also don't mean other people's methods/trading is no good, it's just that it would be impossible to apply what is being presented here to my way of trading.
what happened today is my way of challenging somebody that I think is here for his own self gratification, and that still stands.

Gotta disagree with you on that one...some aren't even that good in the techies, but are able to kiss a lot of ass...

I do agree with the rest of what you said...

Decide what this place means to you, and adjust your outlook like you would your positions...if things ain't going your way, time to find a new one...

i think i did mentoned last week about 1.383 is the max for EU if she wanna go where bull=done, bear=now is ur job....and sel all rallie is on where i may start forex after NFP...but when i take a look at EU it does at ~ 1.386area...mmmm

..........

Magix, My system cannot trade NFP and all other major news. There is little I can do about it.

All my calcualtions point to the north but market does not agree and I cannot go against the market. Will wait at zero cost until proven right or wrong. Market will be there.

..yup..agreed...plenty method to be use....

however i always check mine even i am full time right now...never believe i am 100% always right..because i am human and not EA/robot but when goes to my entry decision, offcause base on what i saw and not what people say

p/s: i like him as he could slap me once i was sleeping during trading...that it

If it ain't broke, don't fix it...

You can always adjust your market perspective even if your not in a trade.

The immediate, I am bearish because we have never proper triggered the H4 or daily before hitting the weekly resistance...Of course there will be a pullback, just every once in a while, them pull backs can become the trend...

now that's a little quiet in here, and before I crash let me put this out there for discussion.

there is a lot of talk about entries on this forum. i have a different approach to trading. i don't kill myself over entries but i am all about exits (if you look at some of my posts I sometimes put two hedged trades, and yes, they have their respective TPs on different time frames), where I think the price is going and where my TP lives.

i've said this before. no matter what you do, unless you trade the the 30 seconds chart you always run the risk of getting caught in a draw down on the lower TFs. So to me, focusing only on your working TF without trying to figure out if the lower TFs are at the top/bottom of their move is a futile exercise. keep in mind that a retrace on m5 can put you down 30 pips, and there goes your SL for a trade that was actually good to begin with. it's just that the lower TF played that retrace trick on you.
