Hey Archie... how about the over night action? I think, I am going to start coming up with my calls, and then playing the opposite of them. Would be far more profitable then what I am managing to do right now... hah.

It isn't easy trying to predict what London will do during the Asia session.
1) Look at the day prior.
2) Was there a solid move? Stay away form range junk.
3) Put pivots on your charts.
4) Wait for the day's day pivot to paint.
5) Buy/Sell any move towards the central pivot point.
6) You'll beat 90% of the traders here.
7) Use a stop, TP and MM.
8) Pull the stop TOWARDS the trade as soon as it moves in your favor.

some nights you get some nice trending action, but they seems to be pretty rare so far this year on e/u at least...

I said this here the other day, but I am wary of being misunderstood; I can't explain why and maybe it's something which will become easier in decades to come, but Muslim countries have not fared very well with democracy. There is Turkey, but I cannot think of ONE other Muslim nation where democracy has flourished. All that is likely to be left if the protesters succeed in Mubarek's swift exit, is a power vacuum. That would be an absolute tragedy playing into the hands of those with a sinister motive.

I have a friend who is Pakistani and his view on Musharif was very different to what our media would have us believe.

If the Saudi king should ever find himself under pressure, you can bet your life that the rest of the western world would support him.

No one should be a fan of dictators, but transition is a long and complicated process and honestly, some nations are not ready for it.
