Fundamentaly, I think that big money are gambling for increase in interest rate and until BOE comitee meeting, there won't be any short. That is my guess

Huge mistake is to think that if the price is moving up it will start to fall down. At this point there is no short and there are no marks that short is coming in near future, so long is much safer position then short. I agree that pair is to much overbought for going long right now, but a few hours ago it was OK.

BOE - Bank of England. Frankly speaking, they are making decisions about interest rates for GBP. I dont think that you should gamble on their decisions, but from many articles which I have read current month I guess that some people who controls big money might gamble on the fact that interest rates will be increased soon.
Economic releases shows that Inflation in Great Britain and in EU zone is getting to high and if economy strengthening in Europe will continue, the possibility of interest rates increase for GBP and EUR is much bigger then for USD. This might be a reason why daily trend for these two pairs turn into long.
However, this is speculative thoughts and you shouldn't trade under these. The best way is to follow trend and I noticed that many sonicer's (event experienced ones) like to fight against trend and can't change their believe that trend and moods in markets changed.

about sonicR, from my perception, sonicR system is CT system, sonic called it trading inside the pin bar and what pin bar means? trend reversal or CT or small swing in daily chart. that my opinion though after read re read re read the manual sonicR v3. the example showing (except re-entry) CT or Trend Reversal. but again, thats is my opinion, may be other senior sonicR have different perception.

H4 trend is up.
1) You see trend reversal in M15 chart - ignore this sonic R short setup;
2) Wait until M15 trend finishes and shows reversal signs up again. If at this point H4 trend is still up, take such sonicR setup.
If M15 wave turns into new H4 trend, again wait for a M15 trend up, then for reversal signs of that 15 min trend and go short to H4 trend direction down.
If you like to take risk, you can go on any 15M wave which turns into new H4 trend without waiting for a correction (late sonicR entry).
All other sonicR setups are nothing else, but catching knifes while being blinded... In my subjective opinion

you are correct, but you should never go against H4 trend. Here is an example:
H4 trend is up.
1) You see trend reversal in M15 chart - ignore this sonic R short setup;
