Predictions are useless unless supported with effective technical analysis.

For all the newbies here you should post a chart with why you believe this to be the case.

I'd say follow through, with or without retest of old sup as new res or vice versa, clear space on m5, my definition...

Otherwise it gets stuck on the fly paper and can get sucked back in...

I think the stat is that 75% of breakouts are false...

...but you must agree: some of them are quite good looking ones...especially those with tons of coloured indies and 2000 trend lines

I use a 5min for following my trades, have also 15 min and 1h and daily open so that i look at all of them..

Yes i want with a break a close under this level with a retest to enter with a tight sl.

In this case it was just a run to support and even if it would broke i would have second thoughts cause of the 40 pip move downward..

In the moment of writing we made a consolidation and broke, missed out..

Just another observation you can use ,look back in charts see how many times we pass through "00" only once .
The average is 5 .
uptrend =2 pass through up,2pass through down and final pass up in a continuation of trend . as usual nothing exact just average probability which is all we got.use h/h and h/l's with this tool in mind.
Even in strong up trend probability of passing "00" only once is very low.
Confirm in your charts history before you use this tool.
Keep eye on dollar index buddies there is major support at 76.20/30.
If that causes profit taking by those trading daily charts we could see a few hundred pip bear move on this pair .
At the moment this is a small retrace ,play with 3800 continue move .
but the dollar index could cause it to run south a bit more .If it hits around that area .
making green pips large and red pips small this is my goal.
