I have confined my trading to FO and LO+2 hrs, just practicing setup's, levels, and targets....if 45/48 goes, 25/28 s/b next

That's the best time of the day for clear direction, see if you can include the NY open too as that is the busiest hour.

I am in @ 1.3769.. should not do that when we know 1.38xx is close..BUT you never know.

I have tried NY, and its been counter productive. For some reason I just cant make it work. So it 3hrs in the AM for me an thats it. Should give me 1-3 setups. I plan on hammering those and let the chips fall where they may. Another thing I am noticing is that my levels are much more accurate when I work with a smaller window, instead of trying to figure the bastards out 24/7. You now what else, I am sick of sitting on this dam computer for 15/18hrs a day.

Not quite sure what you are seeing. I see the M1/M5 pointing South with the M15 not far behind and the M30 ranging, not my kind of setup for another test of the high. Why fight a reversal in the making? your lot is not going to change that one.
