Intraday EUR/USD: The uptrend is running into resistance as the 50% Fibonacci retracement level of the 1.4283/1.2860 bear wave at 1.3571 approaches. Thursday's consolidation has again failed to leave a close above 1.3500, and the 200-week moving average continues to cap the 1.3539. Failure to force a break through 1.3539 would prompt a return to Thursday's low at 1.3396. However, only below 1.3396 would put bears in control, exposing 1.3305.

Weekly chart EUR/USD trend: Bullish.

I have 3647 next...if they cant get enough MOC...I think they fail on a close greater than 3607 on the 1hr/30min...

It's a small trade, euro has to go on to 1.55+ before I get a margin call.

Not to pick on you here friend, but....

Trading a micro account with massive sweeps and no stop losses will mean 1 of 2 things, and the end conclusion will turn up the same. A bad path for trading IMO.

1. You will never get out of the penny world, will always be trading micro lots.
2. You trick yourself into thinking that you can make all trades profitable by just holding long enough....and move your account into minis or standards.

Conclusion.
Eventual Account Suicide.

Tripping with the trend means you will never have to come to a place like this with a question like the one you asked...

Perhaps just a little something to ponder into the weekend.

The market is going up and still 60% of EUR/USD positions on Oanda are short.
I think traders have thought "it can't go higher" this week and they have been selling EUR/USD. And the market went up. So I don't know what will happen next week: little traders continue to sell, so market should be bullish. But it's also strange that last week large traders opened 27,095 new short EUR contracts (even if they were long on the USD) and the market was bullish.
So take a look at this daily chart. I say it should go up (maybe not next week) until 61.8 Fibo level or until the trendline.

I had a feeling that my short at 3385 would be profitable. still in it and now my feeling is jumping off a bridge might be the better move.
