no clear st signal for me (mixed signals). but im short off 3504 off the 4hr. 1/2 position. #1 wave completed.. #2 is 3455.. sl at be already. usdx has a bull harmony and eu bear on the 4. don't follow me..

it jumped as i typed. #2 target has the same big moving support that stopped lower move yesterday atm at 3452... minor at 3486?
3452 may be support, but if broken we can go much lower based on 4h getting us below the daily. and other closes.

With all due respect to your view, I understand and agree with his position.

Anywhere there is risk in life, and particularly in forex trading, little else is as important as discipline and consistency. In his discipline (as with mine, but that is beside the point), he evidently does not do swing or scalp trades. That's not to say money can't be made consistently from that, but it, itself, is a discipline, takes its own set of rules, and must be unpinned by a large and ever growing pool of experience to be successful.

Knowing what we don't know, and knowing where we would be so uncomfortable that we would be prone to mistakes, panic, or being deceived by the meaning (if any) of market movements is part of a trading strategy. That can, itself, be very profitable since it's very good for managing drawdown.

Hey Gator, I'd been near term bullish last week (http://www.forexfactory.com/showpost...&postcount=751)

But besides the obvious (TL) on this weekly chart, see how PA goes wild around the 4000 area? Should be some good short term trades coming though overnight positions would be a bad idea (well, for me at least)

H4 close above it at least ,we will see the daily close tonight , in the main time lets enjoy the ride in between ,it will be nice if we close tonight below 3440's

No trades still... heh heh. This is way position trading rules... these lull moments go un-noticed for the most part...

Need some signals to unload or load more though...

Need to see this current R1 support or break.

i dont trust anything. im scalping or? by moving sl.. we are up and below 78.53 on usdx.. there is no trend at a 50% mark.

im so confused, now i see the inverted head and shoulder. long without volume to recuperate what i lost today, lets see what happens. I think we have a possible new high, i would love that, to go short just for a scalp to close above 1.35
