That would mean passing new laws in Germany, from my understanding there is little public support for this, which is accentuated by the elections coming up. But you would know more about Germanic opinion than me. Do you think this is possible in the near term? I personally think they'll try and delay.

I am guilty of handing them out a bit like candy... maybe it is time to review. I see Cloggie removed all the vouches he has given out... lol. But even if a few of us vouch responsibly, there will still be many that use it as a social system <sigh>

In properly conducted regimes or in ordinary law states with tradidional finance culture such as like in Switzerland such things are simply considered as a financial fraud. It would be never allowed there. And I have seen houses being closed down for such reasons.

Who is your finance service then? Name it ... others should be warned ...

Never spend a single minute being in contracts with such kind of companies. Such things should be past for all times. Not allowed in an ordinary law state.

Withdraw your funds immediately without any debate. And tell us the name of this company.

delay until 2012. this year is kind of crucial to our country, as there are like 10 elections going on. don't nail me down on the exact number, but public support for this government is very limited. and from what i see, the only viable alternative is currently being beaten down by public media.
when this government survives those elections, you'll see a fireworks of changes. then, everything that the result of WWII gave us in a - excuse this term - positive way, will be erased and changed for the much worse.

the overall sentiment is basically that "it cannot be, what must not be", so the people I talk to cannot imagine that their government would do such things to them... but that's the big scale thinking, while the current range is 8 pips wide

B, I went through and audited my list a couple weeks back...

The nice thing about attaching your name to another is that it can easily be removed..

Sure there will always be the social system, but that doesn't mean you have to be a part of it.

On the cable thread he let a trade go underwater for over 1,000 pips and at the end of the week bragged about getting out at 20 pip profit, we all ridiculed him all week for continue to call the wrong side of a trend and he had a whole herd of noobies defending him, he summarily set up his own thread and continues to get a whole slew of noobies to follow him to Margin Call. In one of his earlier post on the Cable thread he admitted he was down 75k and struggling to make it back.

There are plenty of other examples just like Nene, look at some of the ones on this thread that keep ignoring a trend that goes for a week, only to admit defeat by the time it turns on them again.

The vouch system is the most abused here, plenty of 10V-ers get them for brownnosing others and using that status to suspend anyone who critise them personally, last weekend was another great example of that.

I was trying to infer that the results of this meeting may not be as positive as people thought that would be (the switching to longs last week). My bias is short until the meeting is concluded. But I'm a noob!
