Looking at the H4, this could have additional upside in it, too. But price is at a Pivotal Price Zone right now, and approaching a trend line, so it could reverse.

In conclusion, a good analysis of the Daily or H4 charts can sometimes yield not only confirmation for a SonicR setup, but point the way also.

Interesting situation.....

After such a run, one naturally expects a pullback, .....or a reversal. We now have a WAVE, and with increasing volume on Leg 2, and a SonicR EP zone around a whole number. On the other hand, it is too early in the day. The Dragon is flat. And PA is above the Trend line.

And a lot can change between now and best hours.....maybe even a better SonicR short setup than what is shown! Or, maybe another long setup. My higher TF analysis is summarized by the Daily chart, also posted earlier.

Let the market decide, and trade what you see. Later today, within an hour of each other, are both a high impact EUR release and a high impact USD release. It could become a very interesting day, with volatility increasing beforehand, during, or after the releases......or any combination thereof!

Hi all, Im Using SonicR and SonicR Trader Wanna Be, This Morning Just Took Short For USD/JPY, I set Stop Loss at that level, and then use Trailing stop as the manual sonicR mention at 80. The Wave Analysis is H-L-LH and the tren is down..

What You guys think ?

I refer you to a post above on this pair. Currently we have a WAVE with increasing volume on Leg 2, a SonicR EP zone, and the Dragon is angling down. On the other hand, it is not yet best hours and PA is above the Trend line.

As stated with EU (above post), a lot can change between now and best hours. And into best hours there are two high impact GBP releases.

i'm just starting off and that spike would've freaked me out on a live trade by myself...i probably would've closed the trade out bc it broke the wave formation.

Yes. And look at the Bear Channel on EJ M1! I shorted at the whole number just on principle!

I took this short on GU.

We'll see. The high impact release could be the key on GU today.

SL and TP has not been set yet.

This has a nice WAVE with increasing volume in Leg 2. And you can see the consolidation currently going on, ranging from the top of the Dragon to the bottom of the EP zone, with good volume.

However, I'd not be surprised if the PPMs make another spike up to grab for profitable shorts before this begins any serious run down. I say this only because it is just the kind of thing they do if they smell a good downside move. And the consoldation range says they do.

Do the latest PA developments mean that EURUSD and EURJPY have bias towards upside instead of downside? Thanks.

I don't think you can come to that conclusion looking at the Daily/H4 charts. More than likely the runs up are just the PPMs "positioning the price" for shorts that will be more profitable. Just speculation, of course.

Take a look at vol study. I think that the PPM's are building short positions.

Yeah, that's what I'm confused about, trying to understand these pumps and dumps versus real price actions. Thanks.

What do you mean by " .... pumps and dumps versus real price actions."? What do you consider "real"? PA spikes...buying, selling, pumping and dumping are as "real" as it gets!
