I dont predict. I react. In order to react I need to see the PRESENT PA and if its near the confluence points only then I make entries. Thats why I dont have so much entries during the day session.

I have created a system...and its good but believe me, win loss ratio on pure non indie PA trading is even better.

'Don't predict, react.' That's nice, one for the note book and a reminder to follow your own rules rather than make trades in the blind hope that price will go your way.

May I ask ... which kind of MA do you use there for the blue one ?

Looks a bit like a 20 MA (Wilder's Smoothing) ...

And the red one like an aprox. 200 exponential MA ...

Pips are irrelevant, it is all about the monthly returns. A good friend of mine trades only a few time a day aiming for 20-30 pips and he is worth millions.

I try to look at everything in pips just because if I see the amount in money it gets me emotional. I have been following people like you, Tarantula, Gator and others to learn more about PA and levels (I continue to learn everyday). Between yesterday and today I am up 9% of when I started the month, so I really don't need to shoot for many pips, just need to make sure to get an accurate entry and not overtrade like I used to do before.

I agree, these days only stick in shorts, just choose the right time to get in...

Samara: you are absolutely right, sometimes the entry is too high or too low depending on the trend and you have to jump back in to compensate ( average out )

Pips is still money, your mind will still convert that. Start thinking about percentages, that's what this business is really about (NAV really). Overtrading will kill any account. 9% a week is a decent number, no need to rush this and become a millionaire overnight.
