Doesn't look like much is going to happen right here, but Asian session will give us the lift we need.

I think we might be seeing a replay of what we saw December 27th and 28th.

We will get our rush during the Asian session, to only have London bring this back 150 pips or so at open.

japan bank holiday, so probabaly be real quiet and in australia they are not going to work past midday .. so unless some bank starts buyinh or selling in which case there is no way knowing the movement it is going to be dead.

maybe you are right, but a nice film and not thinkiking of the market for a change sound a lot better

there is a nice kumo breakout on ichimoku chart already for quite some time and it seems it will go on for more hours.

I would like to put long
what TP would you recommend
1.33210 or more?

I believe Germany is done till Sunday, and Japan is also done for 2010. We still have China though.
All that is left in FF is just plain garbage. "Cloggie"

Like you said, BREAKOUT. Breakout doesn't mean 30 pips to Fib Line and back again.

But, if you are a reserved trader and just go for guarantees ( LOL, doesnt exist but you know what I mean ), then you go for the more ample target, which is the 1.3228ish range.

I think if the daily closes above this little TL that we could make it to the next hi there around 3497. I will try to hold onto my long till the close but if I see some signs of failure, I will take my profits and call it a day. Or should I say, call it a year

1hr chart bearish engulfing, the short rally after that ended up as doji or shooting star.... and you want to go long right after that? gl with your trade. hope it works out for you.

Yeah,pk has a good point and dont follow me and enter now cuz I have been in this long since this morning and have scaled out and in profits. Personally, I wouldnt enter here but thats just me.

You can't base a trade simply off candlesticks.

What's going on? Rising pressure, Higher Highs, Higher lows, for the past two weeks this kind of Price Action has resulted in Breakouts to the upside.

What else is going on?

Oncoming Asian and Sydney session which thwart Euro sellers and the Euro buyers come out of Hibernation.

FF is a talking shop PERIOD
It is for sharing ideas, throwing random gut feelings and bouncing ideas on strategy. etc. It is not for random name calling or nursing one's ego.
During my time on FF, I have seen perfectly reasonable argument shouted down for reasons I can not understand. It scares away new input from the threads and promotes a snide form of cyber bullying where posters believe they need to be on the side of the loudest voice.

For me this is what has kept us from moving up.

200 MA moving average, 50% Fib Fib Fan on H4, and psychological number of 1.3300 which has proven to be a detriment to upward Euro movement in the past.

Luckily for us, Asian session doesn't give a shit about any of these things.

Or so history says.
