eu is now retesting the 4hr down channel as it did all week, but unlike earlier in the week when it got rejected from this channel at 3190 (and fell to 3080) now like yesterday its been rejected at 3145 for the 3rd time since the asian session; in addittion nice negative divergence on 30 min chart developing and with my bearish bias, this would be a nice opportunity for another short for a fall into the bottom of that channel which is 2954..

Let's hope so, removing stop setting an alarm at that level.

Potential spike could take me out of the trade.

Going to bed, setting second alarm @ 1.3115. With a few added short positions between then and now.

Hi Apt,

I am with you on short term target 3030. EURUSD has run over the last days constantly 7 MMTL to the downside before reversing. If it will do it again, we would reach 3031.

On the other hand: when my Elliott Wave count is right, we will enter with this drop a wave 3 of a wave 3 of a wave 5. I expect this wave 5 to be a long wave, since 1 and 3 were nearly equal. This means that action could bring us down quickly with violence and that we eventually drop out of the "usual" 7 MMTL stretch of road.

May I ask you if you are planning to hold the position over the holidays?

USDCHF has a nice 4HR candle trying to close above the top line of its down trend line channel... that bodes well for the dollar in my opinion if it materialises.. very exciting xmas just like last year
