... I thought that you were supposed to flying on vacation today. Did your flight get delayed due to weather? I've seen where the airports in the UK have been at minimum operations for several days.
Ignored

I am on hols, remote accessing my system from here to see what the NY open holds.

Started the hols late, Sunday some muppet decided to crash a plane at our destination closing the airport so we couldn't leave, Monday was bad weather, we made it out on Tuesday. Will be here till the beginning of Jan or so, trading occasional opens when I get around to it.

I just couldn't ignore the BS from this "professional" turt and had to quote his misinformation here for all to see. He talks the talk and tricked quite a few noobies here on Monday to follow his rubbish, wanted to highlight his inexperience for all to see.

The real professionals don't go on about how professional they are...... Fxgreen gave it away when he admitted he trades at Dukas, no pro uses a retail trader even if his life depended on it.

3092 is still the decider here, as I posted earlier.

Dear cloggie and Tarantula,

please think about leaving this forum again and DON'T do so.
I can totally understand your reasons (since especially you, cloggie, named them very clear ).

But please don't get fooled by the impression of the POSTs in this forum only. I am pretty sure, that there are a lot of people who are readers only in here and don't post. I am part of that group, too. I don't post in here because i am learning. In no way am i able to make any "pretty likely analysis" or even calls. So i don't post.
But what i am actually doing is that i separate the Posts into categories: good/helpful and the opposite. That is - at least for me - part of learning. It is like little children learn by just watching other people. Don't get me wrong - i don't want to imitate you in any way. For that i am clearly in a lack of time (nad most likely skill and so on...). But i like reading your posts and learning from them.

Of course there are members posting in here (on a more or less continuous basis), who i don't consider helpful in any means. All i can do is watching and learning how NOT to trade.

So...let me put it this way: If you two leave this will mean a HUGE DRAIN regarding the overall quality of this forum. Of course you are free to say "why should i care about that?"...and that is the question i - sadly - can't answer. All i can do is asking you to keep on sharing your knowledge with us. And remember that there are a lot of people who are just reading this thread and don't post.

Have a nice christmas and a happy new year!
Dennis

All those that are trying to play in and out of the market on the smaller time frames, stop now. Pull up the daily, and trade that. Once you are consistently profitable for over a month (You get 30 candles), move up to the 4h. This forces you to make good trades and to be patient for the correct setups. Annddd... it's a lot less stressful

Nice post,I think it's pretty easy to see the chart moving down on the daily

HOWEVER

- 1.3082 is the 0.786 Fibonacci from 30th november
- we are approaching a supporting weekly trendline
- COT and VSA analysis confirm buying volume

now, not taking any position yet but please bear in mind that there are many aspects to keep into consideration :-)
with all peace and love as possible!

see where we are in 1.5 hours.. there is still a lot of crap in the 3035/55 area to overcome. predictive st targets 3026.. + slip bounce.
if we dont hold 95.. just the opposite.
on some platforms the # to hold is lower at 3089..6 pips below 95...88 would be safer
those who can, do. those who cant, talk about those who can

oops, got the sign wrong

something to think about ....

since Sep 1989: 4.7% of time upper wick LESS THAN <350 pips, 2.3% of time upper wick LESS THAN <400 pips.

Based on that history, this month has a 95% chance of closing up, and most likely above 1.31.

Cheers! I'm not sure why, but I am absolutely terrible at calculating support/resistance levels. I always have the daily/weekly/monthly pivots thrown up, but when it comes to determining them based on candles, I am never consistent. Still a work in progress of course. I always have the candles to work from, but it would be nice to enter/exit positions based on actual levels, rather than PA switching directions (not that that isn't nicely profitable as well)

aw..not bothered.

We may have a breakout to form a daily low...but i wont play it..not on this volatility..

Watch h1...3072-3093.

Only longs at support..or no trade at all. If BPC happens then u have a proof that ex support turned resistance in downtrend.

Some newbies might be led astray, but there are others (such as myself) that know who to ignore.
