DislikedLet me explain some news trading stuff.
Well I usually trade NFP solely and I tend to completely ignore and remove s/l when there is an important news except NFP, ADP....
The price moves in the direction of the spike then tends to reverse. If I have any intraday position opened I remove S/L for that particular pair as spike surge my hit it.
Why would I do that. Usually when news effect settles, price tends to get back to technicals.
As for NFP, i trade it only in the direction of main trend by placing stop orders.
If the price...Ignored

DislikedEUR/USD was at 1.3150 at 8:10 AM and then in one minute there was a spike to 1.3190
I just got back from breakfast and I checked my live news source and at 8:11 AM Moody's announced that "The Euro zone can contain increasing financial pressures and Policy makers in the region will restore Stability."
That is what moved the market. Do I see the trend changing now from down to up ?
That will depend on what the Dow and the US Bonds do.
I do not know what they will do but I now see Dow Futures are UP at 54 and EUR/JPY is at 110.07 with USD/JPY...Ignored
DislikedI was always told by savvy traders that news trading, well trading the initial spike, isn't the way to go. It's good to know fundamentals so that one can create a bias towards the currency then trade using technical information.
You don't have to be the most savvy fundamental trader in the world, there are a few trend changing events that occur quarterly. They don't occur daily, my advise to just keep up with the trend changing events and be aware of the...Ignored

DislikedWell guys, im a little bit late. I was monitoring PA during late Asia and just before London open I shorted 3190.
My targets are 3160-3150 ( already hit)
3120
3090.
Now.... If we close this H4 candle below 3190 .... we could easily see 3030 level tested.
My intraday bias is bearish...thats why Im short. Although we might see 3190 levels tested. London noon is the key ( watch H4 chart)Ignored
DislikedEUR/USD below 1.3150 and EUR/JPY brole 110.00 and just like yesterday EUR/USD is heading down with Dow up about 30
Have a good dayIgnored
