Whilst the account has grown substantially I still only have 2-3 trades open at any one time, keeping risk to 2%. Never stop reading the news and analysis and stick to E/U.
My biggest fault was probably not allowing profitable trades to run their course but have found a bit extra study time pays dividends when knowing when to enter/exit.
Still got lots to learn and your words will...

We just lost daily support on Friday, some 270ish pips from weekly high and you think this is a buying op?

Even if you are bullish by nature, and want to hold for longer periods, why wouldn't you wait for next weeks opening bell to see if we are going to go long...or wait until price moves back above daily open...

The Yields are now .65% and 3.42% meaning the US Bonds are still being sold and cash is sitting there.

It is a thin quiet day and have yourself a good weekend.

that's just the pieces of information german media is able to provide.
merkel is a real bitch. she has agreed to throw away tons of money, and now she acts as if there is nothing more important than to add some useless wordings to a treaty that wasn't meant to be changed in the first place.

I have made a count proposal on my blog. See pic there.


This is again a proposal for an impulsive count. This count sees us now in a wave B of an ABC pattern. This count solves the problem with the high retracing correction.

I will be very careful with trading right now. I like this count, because in my main count price would need to go much higher than in this scenario.

Because as I've said countless times... I'm a support/resistance trader and it's a technically low risk opportunity for longs. I can keep a tight stop loss by buying here. If this support breaks, it's a no-brainer to get out. That's a lot more than most people can say for their trades. I prefer buying supports and selling resistances where I'm close to important levels and I'll know if I'm right or wrong within a range of 50 pips or so. If I'm wrong, I lose 50 pips... if I'm right, I'll gain 200+ pips. That's a great risk/reward and how I operate most all my trades. It works extremely well with a win rate of more than 60%... do the math.

Yes, ThinkOrSwim, via the Canadian branch, but the US should have the same thing. Futures volumes are consolidated and actual, so, interpreting them is what's left, and VSA is fantastic for that.

You have to get the VSA/VPA "study's" separately; posted info about them here and here. There's a new VPA file called "VPAv1_07aSTUDY.ts" - google it and it will lead you to the source forum. Not sure if you are into VSA, but the indicators work as well as TradeGuider & other SMART tools, and the price is right!

LONDON (Dow Jones)--Roughly half of all Germans want to bring back the Deutsche mark, a new poll showed this week. And from the look of the foreign-exchange markets, many traders want it back too, as currencies from economies with strong links to Germany shoot higher.
