The daily range since last 2 weeks is still intact (NFP daily bar inside bar trading) & is a textbook definition for intraday range. Top to bottom and sucking buyer/sellers in the extremes for continuations and chopping traders out to the wrong side in the middle. Some traders are so obsess with bulls and bears that they easily forget or oversee the other option RANGE.

From a TA perspective the top of the range seems unavoidable.

For the short term I consider EURUSD a little overbought. This is why over the european trading time I don’t expect very much upside. Still, over medium term (4h and daily) I see neutral condition and this is why over the NY session and maybe even early next week the upside tendency could continue.
I see first resistance near 1,3380 but this level could be reach today during NY session. Next resistance comes near 1,3410 and after that only 1,3485 is a possible level (both fibo and previous high).
To the downside I see support near 1,3270 and below that 1,3170 strong support level comes into play.
My opinion is that for the next 24 trading hours we will rather see 1,3380 and possibly 1,3410 than 1,3270.

Why not you enter long now and push the price your ideal price level 1.3430?

I have just updated my Elliott Wave count on my blog - back to wave 4 count

I should have stayed with my old count unless I had confirmation. Confirmation would have been a clear 5 wave down. But it was not clear at all at the time when I changed my count.

Now it seem to be clear (more or less), that the upmove went to far for sustaining the impulsive count (down)

Fib targets for this wave up might be between 3550 and 3611

kinda counter hedging? sounds like a plan but I always had bad experience in trading against what I think is the trend! any volunteer to push the price up there? btw.. we already reached R3 today.. I don't see it rising much more today.

The only thing I'm glad about this week is having 3 locked profiting longs right now. Other than those, I've been paying for letting the hog inside me took control. Common beginner issue?

Btw, how many posts am I supposed to make before screening becomes unnecessary? XD
