While I was not prepared to enter into a War & Peace length of reading (lol), I WILL be doing just that. I was wondering , if at this time you could direct me to the page(s) that describe the purpose of the period indicator(s). Also, I REALLY like the indicator (usually on the bottom right) that gives the time frame and direction of the RSI---that's way too cool. Would you be so kind as to direct me to the link so I may add it to my library. I'd like to set this up & work with it as I begin my reading. There's something about this thread that projects a very comfortable resonance. I can actually smell the success. Mahalo plenty.....

The 4 candles are set from OO:00 am till 04:00 am GMT+1 hr. A BO occurs at this time... By the time I get out of bed and am ready to trade, it`s 07:00 AM an then I see that many breakouts have already occured and I am too late... This morning I saw about 6 such hapenings and I find that frustrating. Should I get up out of bed say 03:00 am? I guess so...
Just be patient, and wait for those great trades that you can easily get into, by the rules, at a low risk.

One of the important lessons I've learned - the hard way - is that you don't chase good trades (and it's very frastrating to see those sail away); more good trades will come - there are plenty of them. It may come as a shock to some, but there were millions of good trades that we didn't take up to now - and nothing happened, we are still alive and kicking!
Just be patient, and wait for those great trades that you can easily get into, by the rules, at a low risk.
yeah, well said. FOrex market starts Monday Australia market and ends Friday US market. Practically, they don't close except for weekends. Learn to relax a bit and get more rest to gather more PIPs. I'm still learning and i must say this is a good thread to follow.

I am planning to go live since January with this system, and that is why i am performing a lot of back testing. At the first stage i have focused at BO trades. Looking GBP/USD pair i have found that this BO trades are profitable when traded during significant and well visible trends (at H1 candles). Those trades should be avoided during side trend (for example have a look at time period 10th September to 10th October.) because loosing probability is sky high.
My point form those analyzes is:
If you consider taking 4C 1H BO for any pair check if:
- it is in strong up or down trend now.
- how are last few BOs looking, if they are clean ones, or those dirty chopping bastards.
Maybe this will help you to increase good trades ratio.

You can follow the strong trend by minding the RSI direction as explained in the first page of this thread. This is part of LG's system, and you should download the rsi direction indicator that is posted on page 1.
Good luck on going live! My advice to you is to start with a mini-account - small profits, but also small losses...
