In the longer term picture...
I don't think the solution to the puzzle for EU is in the EU chart,
but rather Gold and AUDUSD this time...

AU= still bullish until 0.9747 is broken (S&R on 4H)
Gold= S&R at 1370 & 1408 (slightly bearish)

Doesn't look like USD is favoured but then again, expect wathever to happen...

Germany would drop the E/U in a second if they could, there is something behind the scenes that we don't see.

I have to disagree with the AU {I think it's bearish all the way, talking longer term of course}, look at these monthly charts between the AUD/USD & NZD/USD ... they are pretty much linked & lagging behind eachother, I don't think we will see parity again for a while, and if we do {due to crazy December}, then I don't think it will last long.

see & compare charts.

lol, if I was Merkel ... you know what my retirment plan would be {for early retirement}?

1. Monday, Open Forex account with a broker of your choice.
2. Wednesday, Deposit my life savings into the account.
3. Early Thursday Morning, Put all of my account on short EUR/everything.
4. go to the meeting, and randomly just start talking pure crap about the EURO.
5. go crazy, drive down the Euro, go home, close position, retire happy.

But every time we break a huge number we get this pullback and then it shoots through, I would say even 1.1 wouldn't surprise within 3-4 months.... also because of the interest rates are still increasing and people are spending money like idiots... more jobs etc. also...

I am not going to trade for so long though, but will be interesting to see where it goes....

I where thinking in the terms of were EU is going primarely...

S*&t rolls downhill, the S*^t housing market is going to hit China & Aussie next, maybe not as bad of a crisis, but it will atleast have a good hold of those markets.
