Very very true, I know if this does happen I would look to go short at a rally to retest 3191 if 318x is hit. I am sure you are looking at this as well. Where would you place a stop if you go short below 3200?
i think u misinterpret what im saying. bounce maybe... the monthly candle suggest a newer low below 2969.. that low put us below the big hs i posted.. the hs says 1.16xx

After FED the pair gained a few pips above its previous high but stalled immediately afterwards. Today it broke below the up-trend line that was in place since 30 Nov (more than 2 weeks ago). This is for me a good sign to expect more downside, especially since the current level is not yet oversold (so there is still plenty of room to go down). Coincidentally or not, the high made Tuesday immediately after FED was exactly on 62,8% fibbo retracement of the last downtrend impulse (22-30 Nov).
Regardless of the fact that I anticipate more downside for the pair, we must be objective and look for significant support and resistance. We could find support near 1,3120 and afterwards near 1,3015. To the upside, first resistance is near 1,3376 (this morning high and also weekly R1). Another important resistance is near 1,3410 and beyond that 1,3485 and 1,3528.

at one time paper money was backed in precious metals such as gold. this gave a currency its place in the word as far as strength goes. g.b. had a lot of the shiny stuff and was the worlds reserve currency not long ago. then we had ww2 and gb had to pay for its protection. leaving them with less of the shiny stuff (broke). the u.s. then stepped in as the worlds reserve currency. backed by the shiny stuff. the usd was backed in gold/silver until Nixon removed the gold standard in the early 70ties. many were demanding gold for usd and selling it as a precious metal.
now you need at least one of 3 things for a strong currency. strong banking and or/ strong manufacturing and /or commodities. Europe has little valuable commodities. banking is suspect at the least. manufacturing yes you still have that.. but in this new world order you got Asia and the U.S. as competition.
when you compare the 3 things needed for a strong currency Europe is slipping. Its unlikely with the future social cost Europe can compete. Now lets add in the social cost that is already here and owed today. If you think an European worker can compete with Asian wages. god bless ya.
its just a matter of time.
in the real world japan is in the same boat.. they owe their entire gdp.. so each year the interest now starts giving them a negative gdp. it will fall also..
commodity currencies will do better.. because they are backed with commodities.. no different then the gold standard.

Recalibrated & think we'll continue down to 2120 and bounce to here 2215 (There's a possibility but looks like might have passed)

lemme tell you some secrets how H&S develop -- but first we need to know where is the left tip ? lets talk daily (US PLAtform) then the left tip sit at 1.3336 .. so in this case 80 % of H&S's should actually took out the prev low to confirm it as a valid one - so we need to spike below 12580 to confirm a bearish play and H&S is then in play ---

ok-- so many big players do see it as one already and they start looking for selling levels,and in most cases they see where is the left tip level for a selling place-- so that level sit at 1.3336 --

another secret--- 99% when you have a eveneing star then the 4h or 5th candle always like and always retraces right back to the low of the middle candle of an ES .. so do you see where sit that middle candle low on daily US platform ? right on the level of the left tip ?? 1.3336 --

you will see wht i mean if we pullback to 1.3336 wht will happpen---

maybe the bulls kicking in--but i doubt it now--
ES is strong and we will dip lower 1.27-1.29 -- we might not took out the prev low on daily @ 1.2580 and then that H&S will be invalid in most cases and its only a deep pullback before bulls start again...

Lets see if I can score 180 pips in the last hour 3230 to 3120 and back in one hour. But risky system shows 3120 at 10pm (last hour) 11pm goes to 3250 hopefully it's offset from the projection. Tomorrow looks like 3225 to 3035

this is wht i mean of 1.3336 level ---the low candle of ES and excactly the same level as left tip--- if we dont test it now and drop all the way to 1.2580 ,,then we have to come back to test it--- and that will be then your right tip--

if we a get a pulllback right now (next day or 2 ) im in for shorts str8 away --but will have to kill it at 1.29 and wait what is the crack--if bears is in or back to bulls -- but damm sure 1.3336 is a level for sells

thats just how the philosophy of trading works--
