LOL..I know what ya mean. I always have a long AND a short in mind. If my long is triggered, I go with it. If the short is triggered, I go with that. I find that if I have a strict bias, I get screwed in the end. I call it critical thinking.LOL
When price gets to my long/short entry, I have to check PA before I taking the trade as PA can trump anything.

This day reminds me why I got out of trading a couple of years back. Took my first trade short at 1.33881 and have been in the red ever since. Looking at the chart now I don't really know what I was thinking and I'm considering closing out the trade. Have my tp set to 1.33195 and might hang on to it over night. If nothing else I'll learn a lesson (look at the daily befor pulling the trigger).
All their pips are belong to us.

before you guys fire up the blow torch, please note that's not my day trading account and I can hold that through 10K pips draw down.

And WHY in the NAME of Fawk would you have done this?

This is not a trading account at all IMO...it's a coin toss hoping to get lucky that went horribly effing wrong!

I prefer to wait for a bottom to form 1st. I agree that it is very low on the curve, but the daily shows no signs of bottoming out as yet.

Not really. Silver is not mined as such but is a byproduct of gold and copper mining. Most of the silver is being used by the industry this is true but not replenished as fast. It is also a "precious metal" like gold or platinum BUT when bad times come, Silver coins are usually more affordable than gold (although still undervalued at the moment) and will keep you fed in case of a crash.
