Makes sense ... is minimum of previous days pullback zone according to the 'daily candle interception rule' ... would represent aprox 23.6% ...

But I would like to see some more retrace ... schaun wer mal ...

Think I am going to just watch, they could easily make a run to squeeze the aggressive longs and trail stops.

Thoughts anyone ?

if it breaks the 1,3400 ill buy and keep it for 4 hours, or if it will get lower 1,3385,then it will be time FOR SELL!

Bears has got cold feet a little from waiting so much ... and significant levels has been taken out from 'intraday prospective' ... many holders of short positions might have been seen themself in a situation to cover some parts ...

Nothing changed in my view about this ... any pullback moves should be limited towards 1.3338 - 1.3321 or 1.3296 (maximal) ...

First down then up again ... from daily market rythm prospective ...

Eur/Usd looks like it will run to 1.37 before the continuation lower.

yep.. same here.. the usdx has a fu looking one on a slant. those levels were respected on it. the thing is the slant is so big it has almost finished already. so the up move on eu may be fake. the usdx completion and the eu levels at 3462/3480.5 give or take a few may sew up this move.. either way both bears and bulls need to watch out for a bad dream. i see both sides of the argument. when that happens the trend usually wins.

Given the pin bar on the weekly chart, and now the outside covering bar on the daily............................................. Anything can happen Gator. I took most off at 1.339ish and am hoping on a pullback to the daily pivot or 38% retrace, but I may have to take any indication we're headed for a break north.

I agree, As a rule I do not trade from Dec 10 until about Jan 10th or id get in on a long... historically the markets during this season havent been kind to me. I wrote an article about it here http://www.endyowise.com/component/c...y-trading.html

I also feel its a buy the dip atmosphere BUT....we cant be 100% long biased because take a look at the daily.(the hi is holding so far). On the other hand, we may just need a dip in order to get the price to the daily 50ema.
Note* The bullish HD is in the process of playing out. USUALLY the price will test the 50 ema when bullish hidden divergence is present and we have not tested the 50 ema yet. It is typical in a bullish hidden divergence situation for price to spike thru the 50 ema (completing the bull HD) and then close back below it (50 ema) and head down.

This market loves to bite me in the a$$, if I feel the mood has changed before it gets to my position I'll close. For now all indications are that the coin toss this morning came up heads...................................who am I to question the ref????
