Thanks PC2..It has not triggered yet, may not. I think you are right. My broker would not accept a lower pending order, but I have since brought it down 10 pips. I was looking at the next higher resistence level as a TP, marked with the pink arrow below.

Interesting that mine did not trigger. Guess its broker difference. Strange.

3 Tap H4 set up. Waiting for the daily to confirm for the trigger. It's only 45 min. into my "new day", so hoping it will turn on down

from what i saw here a lot of examples charts there is a important time difference with different brokers ! i still believe that are corect open times and incorect open times that lead us to false breaking or false taps also late trigering ...for example at LFB i saw a chart with 3 tap (very easy to see) while my chart has only 2 taps (3 taps was imposible to draw)..

Hi Lawgirl21,

I have been following your thread for few weeks and reading your thread. This thread looks to me less discretionary, simple and friendly. I am assumimg that this system is working as you have been using the same method for quite some time. I appreciate your work and help. One of the other reasons for which I am attracted to this thread as I see that you are also in PST zone like me. My biggest hinderence in forex trading is that I am only available to trade off and on between 6 PM and 11:30 PM PST time. I can not trade or watch chart from my work. PST evening time is not really very good time for trading. However, I feel encouraged to see that some of your postings for a set up coming during that period of time also. From your experience, do you think that I can come with some set up in the evening and place a limit order before going to bed and close them in the morning, if it's still running? I know, you use FXDD (daily starts at 2 PM), but I use IBFX (daily starts at 4 PM) and Oanda (starts 9 PM).

That is very true, florins. The charts that I, or anyone else post here are not signals for entry. Rather, they are to show what to look for in set ups. As you continue with us, you will develop your own pace and get to know your broker's timing in regard to what you are seeing posted here. Set up and triggers do happen at different times as traders here are literally located around the world.

Welcome FXC..I think you can do extremely well trading between 6 and 11:30 PST. Your BO setups will be 4-7 for IBFX and 9-12:00am for Oanda, which will give you opening of London session. Pending orders are used by many traders here, including me..I like them. They have been very predictable until last week when the market became a little erratic.(may be this way until the new year.)

The down side about trading PST is that this thread is not as active as it is during the London session and open of NY. I trade from about 5:00am usually until abut 8:00 am until I get ready for work. That is an active time for the thread and the market, if you can do it, I would recommend adding that trading time. Again, welcome.

agree with you (sorry for my english i think missunderstood ,i know that what you show is what we have to look and not a triger )

but what i want to say is maybe person X have a setup and triger now and Y have triger after a move of 30 pips and where is a big R/S so is late for Y and price must be same everywhere(all brokers) at every moment t0 but candles are different and that lead one to a false triger and other to corect one

i will try to come with some concret charts

Don't chase the trade, Lazar. That pair according to your chart is a long way from a set up.

Hey LG, since it's the dead Asian session, I wanna ask a question. I have been having considerable losses with the 4C 1H BO trades lately, so bad that I stopped them altogether... Since December 1st, I had maybe 1 out of 10 wins (these were on my live acct..) Looks like what I make during the day, I lose at night... On my demo they worked great. Please tell me it's just because it's december or some weird market shakiness, because I'm ready to give up on them. Still loving the 3taps and 4h consolidation BO's (my favorites), but the Asian/London sesssion has not been nice to me at all. I'll still demo some, but wonder if you have any insight into what's happening.. I noticed you turned more conservative on those too... Thanks,
