last entry is on this, 3257 (quoted post) chart. w/o a newer high st abc targets 30445... im still targeting 3110 from yesterday. that target was from usdx.. but the eu has lowered that target to 3100 or 3062... we got a bull gartly that says at any given moment we can go north. it expires as for as i can tell at 3113.

Great post cross referencing other asset classes and how they affect EURUSD.

The TNX (US 10 year Treasury Note) really caught my eye yesterday. And I see the yield's still climbing in premarket. Currently 3.23%. I'll be watching the TNX auction results today. Here's the link for the offering: http://www.treasurydirect.gov/instit...20101202_1.pdf
If this auction goes poorly, it will very likely be dollar bullish and US equity bearish. I'll have my TV set for CNBC shortly after 1300 EST to get Rick Santelli's impression on the auction; he looks at not only yield but also bid to cover and then evaluates how well the auction went.

The US equity premarket numbers are going down at the moment; it's shaping up to be a dollar bullish day in the US markets.

But I think that the big driver for today is the TNX; if yield continues to climb, the USD is very likely to continue to climb.

I take it your asking why I went short...15min trigger hit, against a bearish 1hr/4hr view.

Here is the chart. The up arrow is the bulls thrust up to new highs earlier. The check is the close under the open of that bar.

That was yesterday on a momentum break( scalp) not now( intraday). The point is that I have been shorting every bounce up.

So far so good. And I have been so confident in this trade.

didnt post yesterdays expiry which broke at 15:00 again cause i know you guys think am a nutter lol but its uncanny what role they seem to play they dont affect the trend but they do seem to temporarily stall it .

Intraday technicals points down in addition to fundamentals so will see, may be a waiting game, i see some defending round number 1.32
