I covered my trades with the ECB coming up in 20 and am keeping a close eye on Trichet announcing a bond value for purchasing, no target will mean further shorts, if Trichet gives a clear plan for ECB purchasing then we can expect a decent bull run after the announcement.

The market likes a definitive answer, Trichet could well join the party, everybody else is doing it.

And if you use hidden divergences and use those to set your fibs, you will see fibs in a whole new light. Instead of just using the regular fibbing techniques, fib the hidden divergences.

I use hidden divergence but never used it often. I will throw it on there. What tf do you look at with hidden divergence + fib + TL

The fixed income guys have been very clear in their signals to the ECB, either give us a plan for purchases or else we continue to widen the spread. The euro falling as it has gives him a great technical opportunity now to give a clear and defined purchasing program, that would put the technicals and fundamentals in line for a bit again and would take the attention of the big turts in the punchbowl, Spain and France.

If he can calm down the bond market, he gets two birds with one stone, on the one hand taking attention from the mess the EU is in and one the other hand getting the spreads down, the problem is Germany, Trichet would need their support to get a program of the ground.

So I am in the other camp, the setup for a pre defined plan is perfectly priced in.

All time frames. It really helps in getting into a retracement or a pullback.

Well stock markets are holding very strong in last hours. Dax and the majors are on brink of breaking higher and cause probably the 1st major rally above the financial crisis levels. So if that serves as a guide .... we'll see
