Testing 200ma & 50% fib retracements should take time breaks , similarly usdx also testing 200ma m30 tf for next h1 target test .

Both a bearish and a bullish scenario on this 4Hr chart. A bounce near the big 3000 as well as Harmonic's fib level is not surprising. But looking back at the same time last year, this so far seems to be a re-play of the Euro bear move which started Nov/Dec 2009.

Price action are in phase by phase which can been seen in all TF....
bigger TF able to let you know where is the phases...then you may study the fndamental relative to this phases....if you smart enough and do some homework, you be able to make a good prediction what will be and what will not vs what movemen tin your chart....

p/s: to adding short at current price is not a good idea...understanding sell at resistance and long at support would avoid u from making an error in ur entry where mess in ur trading...good luck and do some home work

This euro is not going up anytime soon.
Prices are never too high to begin buying or too low to begin selling.

Notice the areas underlined with 3 grey lines.

If you compare August and November corrections,they are different in size - but this is because the summer markets are much lower in volume. But in nature - they are very similar.

Anyone remembers august correction? Did everybody think euro is going down?

Actually U.S. just announced they might be putting even more funds into the IMF.

we fund the IMF, so we are bailing out Europe essentially ... still.

It is my understanding that the US has profited by lending the banks money. All the money repaid so far has been with intrest. Maybe we can lend EU some $ and make some profit off of them. I say lend them a trillion. All it costs US is the cost of printing. Yes, it will devalue the dollar, but that is happening anyway.

Aren't these breakouts fun to trade if you are mindful of the fakeouts, they can be very profitable.
