Well it shot up to about 3124 but I didn't short it there because previous resistance was 3137. I decided I am better off waiting until I get a cleaner touch of either resistance or support, than just being a dozen pips off or so and gambling. Am I right in not taking that short and waiting to see if it hit?

a support means demand, a resistance provides the supply

9 trades today stopped outat be+2 or be+3, no matter how far it went...

yes - all of them are small positions. I expect to euro go down today, but will add more longs in 2 hours

As the news came of the TL and could not make it to the hourly resistance, this would have been a good shorting opportunity as the first serious attack on the TL for 10 hours, price is compressing in a tight falling range towards the TL and gave a good opportunity for a short.

Why buy a failure of resistance without it being tested/pierced/validated? As a correlation have a look at the SnP 1200, I have been going on about all day as a correlated trigger. Risk appetite is weaning.

Hey guys, I'm trying to decide between pivots and round numbers on my charts. Should I have .0000 .0050 and .0025 lines all on my charts or should I have just pivots on my chart? I want one or the other because with both it just confuses me. Which one would have better overall accuracy for trades do you guys think?

And what leverage do you guys use?

Myself i saw that looking at volumes, when decent buying volume still pushed the price down at the top.
They think they are smarter than I am.

Why cover? If you would have paid attention there would have been no reason to cover a losing trade with a hedged trade in commodities, just don't go buying resistance.

Stop making the classic noobie mistakes.
