If we see daily close above 1.3 we shold be seeing 1.31 1st and then 1.35 next. Good spot to short there. Agreed we should see some bouncing back and forth between 1.306 and 1.29 region

Maybe we are getting here one of the rare running flats. Too early to call.....
Running flats and skewed triangles occur, when the main trend is extremly strong, thus letting no room for a orderly correction.

I have updated a 4h chart on my blog, which can be accessed through my signature.

I think, that the actual move down is the first microwave of the wave 3 of 3 of 3 of 1.

Switch to 1h chart and take a look at Awesome Oscillator. It is by far not as deep as it is required to be considered a complete wave 3.


We will see.

Or not. 3500 is possible, but I don't see us getting there. This downtrend has been relentless, and I can see the bears defending against moves above 3300, as such would invalidate the trend on the 4h.

Another 181 pip fall today in this pairing, 100% of it's 20 day average pip range, the current lo coming at the 61.8% fib of the daily swing 2148-4285.
