As much as I can appreciate small steps towards a larger goal (like harvesting your daily pips!), I must say this is a rather pointless step towards reducing the deficit. Most of these workers barely make enough as it is.

We are most likely heading towards 1.3 - 1.29. There could be some support in the current area but don't think thats going to hold for too long

I pay for performance. 90%+ are overpaid. Have you looked at Federal pay banding recently? And, they enjoy some of the best benefit plans, to boot.

I still favor a new low as long as we stay under 3110/17, I think 3080 is the trigger, maybe down to 3050 to knock some barriers out....

You are very correct, just seems a dickish time to do it. Why not wait until the new year and just fire the bad employees?

i was not saying that you were wrong. you can fit anything into fractals. my point was, how much sense do they make on smaller timeframes.
you don't have to prove anything to me...

when the shit hits the fan in Europe stocks. . margin calls will add liquidity. to avoid this some are selling to get liquidity early. when all run to the door at the same time shit happens. some are already stuck. lots of smart rich people will be broke.

I have heard that once you get a government job, it is basically for life virtually regardless of how badly you do your job or how little you do. They may not be able to fire anybody without extraordinary reasons.
