9650 support cluster...

Will it bounce up from here? That's the question...

(My own guess: drop to 9570-9540, then UP. Reason: daily 100EMA is there...)

USD perhaps? Those paper seems to be more valuable than the Euros. Or maybe the China Yuan if China permits.

Seems to be talk going round that Ireland will default on bank debt on Monday. Take it for what you will.
Ireland currently guarantees senior debt but its not a blanket guarantee and no longer in force ever since Ireland extended terms when last one expired at the end of September.
Ireland/German 10 year govt bond yield spread widens to new euro lifetime high of 691 bps, 15 bps up on day.

So far today this sucker has dropped 205 pips, way over its daily ATR. I really want to short this but I think that statistically it has moved its max for today.

Portuguese/German 10 year govt bond yield spread 464 bps, 10 basis points up on day
Back with Spanish, 10 year govt bond yield spread up over 50 bps on week at 5.25%, highest since 2002.

Here is my AUDUSD H4 chart....price just touched significant H4 trendline.....so now I wait to see what is going to happen from here. A decent spot to go long with good risk/reward.

Funny: the EXCUSE for this drop is (again) the Ireland & Portugal problems (euro-zone); however the EURUSD has drop 'only' a .95%, while AUDUSD a 1.65%...

Maybe irish and portuguese have moved up their countries to Tasmanian Sea tonight?

That certainly would explain a drop at Aussie, but not near a DOUBLE drop...

But who cares? Anal-ysts always find a beautiful explanation... for the past, of course.

look at the 9400 and 9000 levels thats where abouts lime lookin..
SZ6B-Swapped so far so ill expect price to build to around C-D-or E levels before I look for longs i think this has a bit more development to be had first

I find that they use them as excuses really for movement.. but academia would have us believed its priced into it already anyways.. and that what we are trading is dissemination of information past the current situation anyways.. I think what we are ness seeing here in belief that china will continue to tighten its monetary policy and constrict growth.. which will effect the rest of the world..
this would effect the aussys due to china hunger for commodities and commodities being aussys main thing.
and would be on par with what the G20 wants .. which is the increase in the yuan.

or maybe ive just had to much ashwaganda this morning.
