I posted the bullish pennant on dx a few days ago, still in play. Nearest strong resistance I have printed is @81.15

Well that last hour looks like a proper breakout, I'm going to use it as a reference, looks like 3246, 3229, 3150 all in play today. Will be looking for short setups, good luck today, PTL

The next question is whether it will rebound off the lower trend line on the Daily / Weekly TF.

I was half kidding. It's a combination of things, but tobacco sales is a large revenue stream for the Japanese government, so there was a burst of stockpile purchases in September which had a strengthing effect on the consumer index, but this month sales plummeted.

The USD rally is of course the largest factor. It was imminent, just a timing issue when to pull money out of the Yen back into the USD. The developing Korean situation is an added bonus.

Be careful not to jump the gun on smaller timeframes....I would pay close attention to the daily as this is the last chance for bulls to reject the lows. Below that is air until 1.304x .H4 is even clearer.

Just my 2 cents

we need for more short to close today at least lower price from last week in marubozu candle style. it could be marubozu candle.

what I mean is that I don't see big support stopping it til there.

only support I have is 1.32 , 50% of all the up-move from the bottom.

the chance was 1.33 and it held the bleeding but didn't even manage to make decent bounce (3550) and it fell shy 3410. just 23 fib of last drop.



if they wanna just knock people out then back up "which I doubt" that would be different story.


so the chance is high to go to 1.32 easily . which we are already half way there.

and I have doubts that it can hold it for long.

we will see what PA will do . but defenatly I wouldn't long now or @ 1.32

i can short it till there but won't pick bottom there , and you know how much I love picking them

I've got dx 80.34 as a target for resistance bounce. Daily 200ema is hovering there as well.

Intraday EUR/USD: Bear pressure is piling on Wednesday's low at 1.3284, and a break lower to 1.3253 is expected as part of a "C" wave decline. A five-month bull support line stands at 1.3253, but there is risk for a sharper weakness towards 1.3145, which protects the psychologically-important 1.3000 level. A descending triangle on the 60-minute chart suggests corrective gains are limited to the 1.3370 area, shielding 1.3425.

Weekly chart EUR/USD trend: Bearish.

Point taken. Bulls are weak under 3405/3433 in my view, thus making me favor shorts, good luck today PTL..
