the doji just means indecision. Only a strong bullish close this week will suggest a reversal is likely.
A few past examples of dojis that didn't reverse below.

I completely agree.
A doji doesn't show a direction..it needs a confirmation.
And i kept saying a solid bullish close and we should go up.
A new weekly low and we are likely to go to 1,3300.

i can't get rid of the impression that it failed pushing through the upside enough now.

If it were me I think I'd gamble it on one big trade and whatever the outcome STOP trading and start learning and demoing. Personally I am looking at 620 area as resistance and am expecting to go short there with a target around 500. If market closes above that though might have to reconsider.

Buying at the top with no confirmation is just another coin toss. This level has held for 24 hours, what makes you think it is going to go on this try.

There is no really strong signal but the rising wedge tends to make me think of long.

The real problem that I have at present is that the market usually reacts first and thinks later. I would think that any hint of armed conflict would make the market flee risk but that has not happened, at least not yet and it is usually a knee jerk reaction. This is making me look for a short and just do not see one happening.

With the prices of things today you cannot have much of a party with just $100

That way he might be able to have a nice (temporary or permanent) vacation from forex celebration while he learns to trade.
