rounded bottom cup w/ handle? going up!. I will stay out till next week and watch 1.3725 at the top, and 1.3635 at the bottom.

I would like you to try to sit down and see if you can marinate on what I am about to say. I see a couple things you need to consider.

1. You shorted when we were going up in price, you should have been buying support. This is somewhat (conservative tone) understandable what you did because often we try to predict the market. Well fact is market predicts much more than us retailers can. Catch reversals is not easy, however if you do what price is doing then you might have much better time catching a reversal (you will need to think about this last part of the last sentence in bold and red)

2. You shorted at a sweetnumber 00 this was a target to bust through as this was old support which turned into resistance, but when price goes up resistance is meant to be broken (well this depends but thats a bigger thing to fathom)

3. You have been reading various ideas. You should not let these threads second guess what you are doing. I did this at first then I stopped. I found success with finding what works for me. I post ideas because someone might be in agreement with me, its good to feed off of. But don't do anything based on what another is doing you will get slaughtered.

4. Markets gap on sundays and EU can gap huge, so based on your sl of the 150 pips are you using proper money management? Entering a position for longer frame of 350 pips your target, on Thursday night not giving enough time for that price to be reached before your broker shuts the door friday afternoon.

5. Ask yourself should you cut your loss now and go with the overall market (no one can tell you what to do with your money), you need to decide this for yourself otherwise if you do what another fellow tells you here and you lose big or miss out on a nice trade you can become impulsively angry towards this poster because you have put some sort of responsibility (in your mind) in his hands with your money (even though he just offered assistance).

6. Trend trading we just had a big discussion on what trend is. Forget about smart money right now but just know that Trends happen on 1M, 5M,15M,1H,4H. The most important thing again I repeat Important thing is to respect the time frame you are trading on. You can use smaller time frames for your entries on the overall time frame you are looking at. I go with the immediate trend over the past couple days and I use 1 minute tf to get into the trade, but I also use good levels for this price action.

From a vsa perspective I am expecting an up move on euro next week , unless something changes , but for now all dips on the 60 min since 1.3500 have been bought

todays test of yesterdays vwap 1.3630 to 1.3650 had tons of buyers.

1.3950 to 1.4 target....

I was thinking a rejection of the 61 fib as well. Since it end up that the 50 would have only been good for a scalp. I will keep an eye on the rejection force from this 61.8. This late, I do not expect much action though. I am too shy to jump in for a short scalp that may turn into a bigger run south. I think i will hold of for this week.

Well done, now stay profitable consistently with little peak to valley drawdown for a year and you can pat yourself on the back.

Don't get too exuberant or else a MC in 3 days what took you 3 years to build.

Becoming profitable is only 1% of your journey and the easy bit, remaining so is the hard bit.

I love it when VSA users see the same thing ... now let's just hope nothing fundamental blows things up!

1.364x is being defended by buyers, although selling pressure remains, it's decreasing. Higher buying volume is occuring in NY vs. Europe, where they too were buying. ... I think 1.39 is still the possible decision point for bulls/bears, that will have to wait until next week. Unless of course something fundamental is rolled out of the closet.
