Took nice 3T 4H trade...Took +40

One of the things I had to improve on from last week was to take pips when they are there. Let a few +30 trades get to small losses.
Now I try to take what's available and stop hoping for the BIG PRIZE.

Hi luipie, tho I use pivots myself, they are not part of LG's strategy. Regarding when to enter, AFASI LG doesn't enter on a touch unless all RSI are also lined up. If they are not she either waits til they do or moves to a lower TF and looks for an entry. Others enter on a 3rd touch no matter what RSI's are doing but that's not strictly following the strategy. It's your call

I am learning and improving daily....it's an amazing strategy!
Now to get consistent like LG and some of the regular posters here

This isn't a pair I trade florins, but have a look at Scrutch's helpful posts 3784 (pg 253) and 3796 (pg 254) for "late to the trade" ideas.

connect the Highs of the last 3 bars....then there is a possible 3 tap trade....Tl should always be for 1 trend, but u connected them over more trends...

u should enter when 3rd bar touches trendline,if it breaks close position immediately

Very wise

What you are aiming to do with this method is to take advantage of the move away from the TL; while that move may continue for another 100 pips, the probability is that it will only move 30 to 60 pips, so take your profits while they are there before the retrace and then take the next bus down (or up); or use multiple units to scale out - but for single lots - always take profit when it is there - imo

and then wait for the next set up - keep it simple

tx...i will read them ! also me don't traded this pair before but i try to scan for 3 tap setups and BO over the pairs !
so doesn't mean if not traded before if it works why not ?
