Dollar index came to important resistance, that gives euro chance to retrace from this drop.

look at the daily/weekly pivot points, we're just below the daily. trading from this point to either direction without analysis of quite a few things is like flipping a coin.

Starting a thread would be a huge responsibility and it would seriously cut into my trading. I am a trader not a teacher. But yeah I could block the muppets, but what is the fun in that?

I will keep the volume of my posts down a bit in the next few days to give some room to others.

that's why never be afraid to take profits reduce risk on big down moves. and wait for a pull back. look at PA see when it gets tired. look on former demand zone. now supply. that way you increase your chance of getting at a good level where a SL would bring a 1:2, 1:3 ratio.

patience is really something we need. hard to find patience this days.

Thanks sisse, I like currencies, it has a good pool of liquidity and offers anonymity, I have no issue with lot sizes as I use tier 2 and PB's, however leverage is limited. My tier 2 is with a few retail brokers and I have to keep withdrawing to stay below the leverage tresholds. I like the simplicity of spot, most of what I do is pure visual and I like the pictures I get in spot....

Ah well, time to get dinner out of the oven, see you guys later.

The problem is trade management during the runs and the interaction of the intermediates coupled with the fake 'n shakes. And I would have to sit and answer loads of questions.

I thought about it and have discussed it with a few here but decided to pass (for now)

Things may change in a few years when I get closer to the goal I have set for my self and will have loads of time.

This is exactly the reason why I turned of my PM and email and why I will never ever manage money for others (been there and done that professionally but left the City for exactly that reason; managing OPM is a pain). Someday I may do some work again for a fund, but only in the 1Bn+ league, never ever in the retail sphere.

The reason I declined a thread or trading room is because it would not be fair to others unless I committed some serious time to it. No point doing something only half baked.

Cloggie! I would be there too!! I do not post much but I follow what you say/teach and I thank you for the benifit of your wisdom. Your posts, as well as a few other excellent traders, have taught me so much. I have been setting up various levels that I feel are important S&R levels. After I make my chart and my plan I see how it compares to your thoughts. Increasingly my S&R levels are right with yours. I have a lot to learn but I thank you very much for the help you have provided me. I will look forward to your posts.
