IMHO this kind of US data that is positive but not great could prove to be of benifit more to the stocks when they open and not so much the USD. I am still watching for candles closing below 3734 or above 3825 before deciding on any trades.
Today's zone = Tomorrow's opportunity!

WOW the ERU/Dollar has fallen 500 pips in 1 week, from 142-137, this is definitely a downward trend, the so called experts were saying 145 by now, QE2 was over hyped and caused a bubble, back to reality, lol

Have you noticed the huge divergence between price and MACD on 1h chart?

The down-move yesterday from 3973 was huge, volume was relatively big, but the move did not manage to bring the MACD down.

That reminds me on a fifth wave down, which looks a little bit exhausted. I think we get a swift and short move down after the recent correction ends.

What do you think?

I think we won't resume our journey down before we test 1.3854 ... the only hurdle in the way is daily pivot.

It happened before.

650 pips. From 1.3300 to 1.2650 in about a week. On the 9th August.

And in the end, we got to 1.4200 so ... even 1.5 on the long term is very possible.

based on today's PA, 1.3730 area didnt break, so i see possibility of 1.3970 - 1.40 sooner or later.
along the way, 1.3800/50 area could be the hump... or wall
