pivot points make great targets or turning points. last night i posted a possible sell #321624

the pa looked stretched this morning so i pulled the trigger.

as a day trader i'm only looking for 20 to 30 pips.

small, high probability trades week in and week out.

I went short at 967 and I'm staying that way for now at least. Reviewing at each support level as we go. Anyone else with me?

shorted at 1.3960 aswell will hold it if it breaks daily low 1.3887 till 1.3870-60 area.

Like to share something I been doing on entries .

When i decided on entry point , I actually wait to pull the trigger till the candle thats forming is actually making strong move in my direction I'am getting better at it and it means a lot of the time I dont have to look at the red spread pips.
Sometimes it stops me entering in the wrong direction like sudden reversal.
Just one of the many thing I'am trying to master, to help my odds.

Also I thought about stops.
My idea is your stop should be based on 50% of your average winning position in pips therefore by default your applying 2:1.(This is a minimum)
If you dont have winners to calculate with then that kinda answers itself.
making green pips large and red pips small this is my goal.

It may want to bounce up to 1.3950 and drop further down after that, maybe down to 1.3850/75
They think they are smarter than I am.

That doesn't quite work, stops should not be at an arbritary position but should reflect what the current chart is telling you.
