I know, but if feel like if price breaks 1.3880/90 zone it'll go to 1.3850 and this will require a stop that is too large for me. Once price gets down there (if it does), I'll just look for new setups. On the other hand, when I get about 30 or 40 green pips, I'll move SL to BE and let the trade run.

Dont be fooled by the long legs.

the recent h/h is 10 pips the lows are only few pips higher until this down leg complete.
the low of the forming down leg might give us more confident short term bias.

If the low is higher the more confident short term long
making green pips large and red pips small this is my goal.

still i am taking long pips out of the flag. 873-6 is still in the cards for me today. after that i expect bull to take over for more than a couple of tens of pips. right now my target is a little higher than the top of the flag. could just be the failed break that takes us down one last leg.

I like to know why others and placing a trade. I analyze and make my own mind out of the reasons. There's often something to learn, even on failed trades. At least, it's a post about trading, there are finally less and less of those here.

Being a junior myself, I won't laught at other's failures (or perhaps failures from some 10+V that come to shout over there from time...
please don't get caught up in the vouch system.

Intraday EUR/USD: The bear wave off last week's high at 1.4283 has prompted another lurch lower Monday below 1.3995, to tackle support at 1.3915. The extent of the setback will begin to concern dominant bulls, although technically only a break below the Oct. 20 reaction low at 1.3697 would put bears in control. Regaining ground above Monday's current session high at 1.4085 is required to lift the tone, opening 1.4125.

Weekly chart EUR/USD trend: Bullish.

9 pip h/l
bias short term long scalps
average 20 pip legs so 10 pip scalps favoured
making green pips large and red pips small this is my goal.

i would suggest not taking trades prior to the equity open.

who knows... you might even get a better entry on your short.

If price retest 1.3950 it will really be good area to short targeting 1.386X area

Been 2 months Price has not touched 200 SMA in 4 hr chart so price should get good support at that area to.... and TOT in play

And tomorrow Tuesday TOT in play ........ but who knows............
