Agreed... what a bugger up! anyways! luckily my positions were small but hey, not stopped yet, moved them to below 1.40 as that is my last support. If we break that, I DONT KNOW!

From what i read the news is used to build positions and take out suckers .
If you wait 5-10 minutes you normally see the intended direction.
And if you play right you too get take advantage of suckers.
Watch for intial move in one direction suck in the wrong direction orders ,then move other way take in them orders one more each way take out the buy/ sell stops . Now lots of traders blaming brokers for there losses.long and short.
This takes around 5-10 minutes.Now time your entry and now trade with the intended direction .

see if you recognise this during this news .

Straddle trading is known and taken advantage of.

If you place a stop very high probability it will hit.
making green pips large and red pips small this is my goal.

That might be true as well but, I just have to trade, drawing too many conclusions and I would be better off with my money in the bank

agreed. i usually place a smallish sell and buy order at the same time, with 15-20 pips stop - usually works quite well.
