eur usd, much like everyone else, got stopped out @ BE
eurjpy, managed to close manually shy of my TP at +30 pips although I was hoping for at least 60 from my tp1

GBPUSD H1 BO

Hi LG.....This worked so well last night that I believe I'll try it again tonight....One problem...we're sitting right on an R Level....We'll see how it goes...

No, I got out the trade with +40 pips. But kept watching it...moved by 3 taps up and entered again. I'm in it again for the second time today/tonight.

That's almost exactly where I put mine, just a little under that resistence level. How are you doing, BTW? You have been very quiet.

LG...do you often put the trendlines at the top of the wick as you did here?

Does it give you better entries?

LT, my trendlines are extremely sloppy and are not exact in any way, so don't look at them for precision. I usually try to avoid the wicks for BOs, but we do consider them for 3 Taps.

Yen pairs would have gone the other way if they had intervened. Must be related to those JPY news though...

In nice 3 Tap trade....entered at 114.70(initial sl 114.90)
Took most out at 114.20 (+50)
Got some still riding with Sl at +10

LG, got 2 questions...
Took trade with H1,H4,D RSI's down. W M was up. Would you have looked at this one?
2nd Chart shows 15m graph with red arrow on bar where I entered. Was my entry to early?

Having been ultra cautious all week and done pretty well, I totally blew it this morning and gave it all back plus a little bit more.
I rarely if ever trade on NFP day and will revert back to that rule no matter how enticing trades may look. No-one to blame but myself.

Lesson learnt - again! Roll on next week!

this is one strategy that has given me the confidence to place a live trade. I will stay with it as long as it works
