Wow EUR/USD is flying. We may see a bit of a bounce here at the weekly pivot R2 but I wouldn't be so sure.

the two correlate generally well but sometimes diverge. a better than projected NFP might help the USD but if its in a sell-off that effect could be muted

Minimum Bid Rate and conference shouldn't impact the eur too much...rate will likely stay the same like previous with USD news

It there something, anything, which can prevent PA to reach that trendline?

Let me ask you this as this thread seems to be the one to get the quickest response:

Is that any faster way to get the news announcement results? I realised that markets start to move pips ahead around 20 seconds before those news. I am not naive and know that big dogs have their way of finding out before us, I am just trying to get at least way closer to real time announcement.

FF announces it on Calendar but a few seconds into those news can make such a difference!

Risk Still Powering Higher
AUD/USD is gaping higher now – touched 1.0115. Ditto EUR/USD – high 1.4263; GBP/USD – high 1.6207. The buying this morning has been powerful right across the risk complex of trades. European stocks are honing in on 2.0% gains, US equity futures are up 0.5%, crude oil futures are up 1.5%, Spot Gold is up $16. I would not be chasing this move but that does not mean it doesn’t go higher. Traders say it has been a buying frenzy the likes they have not seen for ages. Option barriers have been extinguished all over the place.
