again, let's not jump the gun. neither bulls nor bears are playing seriously.
real support is @ 1.3732, and real resistance @ 1.4079 (it MAY have moved above today's high @ 1.4010, but it's not yet confirmed, so we may still see a higher high on daily and still be in this range...)

Price is dropping. I don't understand what you mean. It is not going to TANK as eu has been up for a long long time and this downtrend channel is consolidating so if it going to tank it will not tank till the next day or so. For right now it is going to keep moving up and down but to the downside.

Price is cooling off and decreasing, it is not fire away bombs away.

Lets not forget, bears have overpowered and is now trading below 1.3900. This means alot, it means that sellers have the power to outweigh the buyers and they are going to do it as long as they can see price levels continue to drop.

Not just a usual news response, check your M1/M5 charts, the move began a few minutes *before* the news and has been confirmed. From what I saw in history, this often means a strong move that uses the news events to "force" the trend and break through heavy S/R. We'll perhaps see some pullback on M15 before breaking 1.3900/1.3880 area, but chances are it will not hold today. And below that, bulls are weak and a lot of longs sl are to be collected.

Gold slightly in red (falling fast in last hr) oil is up 2.55% on day.

of course i could be wrong. but I've said when I was a EUR/USD bull. so i'm not. I will follow PA to see when to short. the pair.

The next stops that I see are 3875-77 and then 3845.

A bounce looked likely at 3900-3910, so it looks as though it is heading down with a good head of steam.
