I think your right Malcolm, and I just exited my long with a small profit. I am not going to try to dictate to this market.. I am going to follow the smart Money (the Pro's)

November 11th is also Veteran's Day here in the United States. After Seeing that move down on the 5 min Chart. I think the Smart Money is in agreement with you... 1.3300 is something I will be watching for.

Guys i am new to this China PMI, so a good data means good for USD?
since China is closely tied up with US for its trade?
anyone can shed any light on this?

EURUSD continues to be sold off and usdjpy has a bearish tone to it esp that it hit 15 y low at 80.2x

USD was bought accross all the pairs, could a fat finger cause all usd pairs to bought at the same time? There seems to be some intention to this.

This is not some fluke fake someone or some groups are buying up usd accross the board.

I am watching on 15 min chart a swing low on this run up which means that it remains bull

Good luck to them, it'll make it all the sweeter when they have sell. Hopefully they aren't buying on speculation alone... they probably know something...

What is it everyone is saying about smart money? Looks like smart money is buying greenback... albeit a little more subtle at times.

here is why i think 1.33... kind of wave 3 of this channel.

I think a little ut to 1.4050 even 1.4100 1st though

I mean great china pmi data and eu is going no where... someone for sure knows something

I am going to be looking for more clues in both pa this week and vsa on a 2 hour chart

The current upmove has stopped so close and so far from the upper TL ... I'd like to see a real test of that 1.4000/1.4010 area ...

I’m guessing that China bought some USD/JPY to protect their 80.00 barriers and got the ball rolling on the intervention talk…
USD/JPY trades at 80.60 after reaching 80.50 for a split second. The trade prior to 80.50 was at 80.40, to give you some idea how squirrelly things got there for a few seconds .

Market Update:

October High: 1.41558
October Low: 1.36285

Last Week High: 1.40792
Last Week Low: 1/37333

which means this week should be a range bound market, with tendency to test week open price of 1.39724 which is the current top and resistance.

so between last week high and last week low, I will prefer to scalp 0 to 10 pips and to hell with the trend targets.

So far, 1 hour is up, 4 hour is up and daily down, translates into scalping market condition.
