DislikedHi SkyStriker,
Thank you for sharing that. I start to understand what you mean and will demo it. I'll write you back.
And once again, thank you for sharing the ideaIgnored
DislikedIt turns out that yesterday I opened a position is not like you.Ignored
DislikedI'll try.
But I'm interested in this question:
How to protect yourself from losses when the trend goes up?Ignored
DislikedI have started the deal at 25% and the last pic is at 28%
So you can see that the results are better than before
That is why I use the CAD/CHFIgnored
DislikedNow I have turned this situation, as in the picture.
What do I do next to avoid losses?
I know why you are now in profit.
You have opened a position once, and I opened for 3's position when it was 28%
Maybe someone knows how to prevent EA to enter the market under such circumstances?
enter the market strictly by the rules, I mean + / -25% ..... + / - 1%.Ignored
DislikedI open the position manually.
Because EA will not open positions automatically. You are all true noticed.
I think that for your system's best entry is 25%.Ignored
DislikedI understand that an EA is not possible to use if one wants to follow Spieler's system as he explained here. Big period of decorrelation (ie big trend) is where discretion is involved and there's the need to 'work' the position to take partial profit when retraces will happen.Ignored
Dislikedhi vitali
i tried this,it is profitable but the problem is there is no stoploss and R:R ratio is under 0.5
didn't like that muchIgnored
DislikedI have the same problem...
Now I try to trade EUR/USD at extremums.
If -80 buy 1lot if -120 buy 1 lot - Target Profit +80 level
If 80 sell 1 lot if 120 sell 1 lot - Target Profit -80 level
What I do is to place 4 orders at 80's and 120's and a 4 stop loss at 200pip from each level.I do that every night at 01:00 GMT
If at 01:00 the TP or SL are not hit, then I move the TP to the new 80's and 120's levels and the SL to 200 from the new 80's/120's .
Keep It Simple!Ignored
DislikedSkyStriker,
Could you show us on a chart what you mean by "If -80 buy 1lot if -120 buy 1 lot - Target Profit +80 level
If 80 sell 1 lot if 120 sell 1 lot - Target Profit -80 level"?
Is the -80 and the 80 levels, 80 pips from the opening price?
thanks.
