the funny thing in the market is how much the charts are manipulated .
just 10 minutes before the hourly close and you see them (bulls and bears ) fighting on the closing price of that bar .
at the moment the bears don't wanna see a close above 3819 .

it gets even hilarious if you follow the fight at the last 10-20 seconds of 5min chart bars .

The trend seems to be negative on the short term. However, I don't expect EURUSD to go much lower this morning, because the hourly studies are once again oversold. I expect sideways action during most of the London session. Another dip is possible around the opening of NY market. The closest level of support lies at 1,3730 while the nearest resistance level is at 1,3890. If the price action will bring EURUSD near 1,3890 before NY open, this could be a good opportunity to establish an intraday short position.

Depends how much important that moment in time is. If we are talking about fixing times or open/close times of some important markets, than yes, bulls and bears are indeed fighting. But I dont't think anybody bothers to influence the close on every hourly bar or even less of the every 5 min bar.
