i guess before that it should at least test it 23.6 FIb too........ based on 4hr chart........ which is 100 pips down..... from 1.3905 and price is in between that.......... correction could there too market is slow

For technical reason.
Bear applied same method as bull did when bid was 3900-15.
Method is: 1M 200MA just below/above the support/resistance.
