I think I have to change the count of the recent down leg. With the upside action over night, it does not look convincing, to stick to my count. I thought a complex upward yellow abc-pattern would evolve.

For this to happen, we should have seen an upward leg which should have been impulsive. And as EWS from
http://theelliottwavesufer.blogspot.com/ pointed out, there was a break of a trendline. Have a look at his outstanding work and very good analysis.

I have a hard time to count the downmove impulsive. Remembers a lot at the downmove wave blue "a" of wave red 1. Only shorter. I have labeled the downmove as yellow a (subminuette). I think, if we get a wave red 3 which is longer than red 1, subminuette will be OK. In this case we likely might get a expanding Leading Diagonal.

If we get a shorter one, we will likely get a contracting leading diagonal and we then have to change the degree to minuette.

below 3950/52, I see 3920/22 as support, also key on the hourly in my view..I'm still looking for a long flip..

Yes , there is some progress usdx , breaking up then , to save temporary at least , 77.49 resistance though .so eu short scalping ( for 3883) to do after come down 3934 & retest there again to have a position .

Yeh hourly close is important...but London cleared Frankfurt low and could not make new high though.

A bearish close and we might reach 1,3900 again.
But there is gbp GDP is 30mn so i dunno if its safe to trade now
