I don't know how you guys trade the 1 hr, 4 hr charts etc...

I'm fallin asleep on the 15m lol...

I trade ETF's 1 minute time frames during US market ... a lot different here that's for sure lol.

i remember this one very well. after that posting i tried the concept of parallel s/r-lines on weekly, daily and h4-basis.
i had to erase the h4-lines though.

I don't really trade a tf as such, I cycle thru' them all...

Interim top formed?

Didn't Chris Lori say something that if the asains cant get it up with some viagra by mid day they will just give up and go with the trend? It stalled and looks like it couldn't get much higher.

You need more lines on that chart, I can still see the candlesticks!

Hmm ... Parole Parity ... why not ... how about trading with the use of 'Market Profiles' (?) ... or nice 'Point and Figure' (?) ...

Anyway ... expect an attempt towards above 1.0000 (Parole Parity) or even 1.005 might be on the agenda soon ...

You are missing a couple trend lines in there I believe.

use the bottom tl... then clone it as a upper one.

right on. I have never become brave enough to leave trades alone once opened... probably a habit coming from trading 1m time frames.

The time a trade is open is insane for me too... 15M generates trades anywhere from 10 minutes to 5 hours (average range for me)... Pips can be in the profit anywhere between 1 and 300 has been my biggest score so far.

Not very consistent if you ask me... lol

Are we still bearish..i see an uptrend on the daily chart.what is your view?

egkid made me aware of 1.4050 as the "center" of a huge mofu-zone earlier, because i was basically wondering, why this tl should hold and therefore the purple triangle be a "dead area" for now. target of this bullish move still is 1.45xx on the red tl in the first place.

have just updated my EW counts for EURUSD and GOLD

EURUSD:

I thought first, that the blue C wave would form an impulse, but it seems to trace out an complex ABC-pattern or wxy-pattern. It is very tricky right now. Sometimes on one TF one sees an clear impulse, whereas on another TF one can not count an impulse. One can count this yellow abc pattern as a expanding ending diagonal, too. The outcome is the same. No, not really the same: if it is a abc-pattern, the yellow c will close above or at the top of yellow a, whereas in the expanding ending diagonal scenario the wave five (our yellow c-wave) could be also truncated.

sees us in an impulse down, with more bearish potential. (read his whole analysis of the markets - very good analysis as everytime). I thought today sometimes the same, but as I stated: I couldn't count the impulse on all TF's. We will see. I would like to see Todd to be right, because that would bring me one step nearer to my Leading Diagonal count :-)


Gold:

I have labeld the move down on minute degree. But I am confident, that we have to change it later to minuette degree, when the down-move evolves.

The recent upmove (red abc) may be ready, but it would look better, if we would touch/test the red trendline a second time.

The target for orange 3 down is the area of 1218 o 1250. Target of orange 5 down will clearly be the orange wave 4 of the preceding upmove, which is located at 1156.

At this point we have to stay cautious. Maybe we will only see orange 1, orange 2 and orange 3 (a ABC-zigzag). Thereafter price will challenge the top at 1387. We can not rule out, that the former wave 5 was not expanding.
