to be honest, im not even following quantitative data anymore. It just confuses me since there's so much manipulation going on. Everything i need is right in front of me.

I agree but I only stop at 40 pips, if its doing good, i might buy another one so it can come up to another 15-20 pips due weakening, i might stop there. I will wait for a few hours to bypass the new bars until the bar is readable. I only trade in those time-frames 1hr-4hr-1day.

If 4HR and Daily time-frames are bearish, when I want to sell, I want to make sure that I am in a good spot. I go on 15M time-frame to make sure what direction it is in. If its bearish- then sell right away, if its bullish, I will wait until the 15M signal changed to Bearish, then sell to avoid the risk to your margin balance . If 15M time frame is bullish, give it time to change its direction since 4HR & Daily time-frames are bearish. Then my 1HR time-frame will produce good result and many pips to catch!

Tip: Always view daily first before smaller time frames. If the daily is low like neutral- (cross) - doesn't know where to go- then I wouldn't hold my trades more than 4 hours- It will be "on and off trading" mode. If the daily bar is clearly then i will stay longer than 4 hours without worrying! You will have to monitor 1HR & 4HR time-frames instead daily because its unreadable, until it's readable then move to 4HR & Daily time-frames.

Please explain to someone new too trading?.....I do know it had a major rejection in December 2008 and it took two months to break through in May and June 2009

yep but I been saying that for last few days and every time I wake in the morning I found this market has defied gravity.

how wrong you are ,,,,

there are certain things that happen and history repeats itself over and over.
