we live in an inter-dependent world today .... if it hurts them , it also hurts us ... whether we like it or not ... its the largest economy in the world .... many countries depend on exports to US to feed their own population ... unless we close our doors and erect protectionism wall and look inward to living within our national borders ... like hermit kingdom North Korea ...or Myanmar ..

Yep, the system is so stupid... but I guess it has to be to make the "game interesting" or whatever... ha!

I don't know how I missed your post Mister Trader, but I imagine El Che is smiling at the moment. But, it's short sighted view. Che never did shine at economics though.....although he certainly had the passion.

this interesting game is hurting so many people here. lol . lets hope the best, at this condition trader all ready afraid to short USD/JPY. what we can do now is long for this pair with a strong money management so even if this pair goes down to 75(which is i think this would never happen) just like some people predict, we still survive. and can take a position to take enough profit.

Don't know if it's hurting people Yeri, I hope people use good MM. However it IS damn frustrating that most currency pairs are so out of whack with the fundamentals driving the various economies. I'm sure it will all fall into place soon enough, but how many companies, and their workers, will not survive long enough to see the balance restored?

Ah, the pain!!
It looks like breaking 80.50 within the hour... will NY Session bring a small bounce to the upside?

And: is the japans able to intervene 24/7 or only during their session? What do you think?

Profits, aka. Stop Loss orders will always supersede fundamentals. I've seen greedy markets but this "era" certainly takes the cake.

Theres no more ebb and flow, its become ebbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbb <build stop loss orders> ebbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbb some more, ebbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbb a bit more, reach stop orders, then the flow will kick in.

The disconnect lies in between, and that is where the true sharks lie, "Rogue Central Banks", Demon Hedge Funds, Shady Dealers... Sad to say, they in essence dictate what is fundamentally correct and with little oversight they can do essentially as they please.

preparing for bear flag? or pennant? .. to continue journey down the downward channel ?... or done enough for today ?.. range? till NY opens and bounce back from support 80.50 ... ?

whatever . the professionals decide. we just prepare to be on the winning side ... that's what this game is all about for retailers.

If it collapses, nobody can stop it

Charts only tell what happened in the past, it may not reveal what is in store for future....

PS:- Bottom forming is a process.... can take months... for a bottom to be established....

We will know a particular value is bottom only after months....
